WHAT TO EXPECT

Every guest at Something Bleu works with a dedicated stylist to guide them through the process of finding the perfect wedding dress. The one-hour appointment takes place in a private fitting room. First walk through the bridal ballroom is an intimate experience between stylist & bride only.

All designers featured are made to order. Please allow 4-6 months. Rush charges can be incurred for less than 5 months. Our collections begin at $1800 and range to $6000.

Shopping is by appointment only – Brides can bring up to 4 guests.

ABOUT SIZING

All of our gowns are custom order based on a designer size chart, or made to measure, followed by alternations to make it the ideal fit for your body. Our sample gowns range from bridal size 8-24.

THE HISTORY OF SOMETHING BLEU

The inspiration for Something Bleu Bridal began in the backroom of another store on Broadway in Saratoga Springs, NY, called The Bird of Paradise. Denise Eliopulos, the owner and creator, had been looking for a wedding gown for herself.

Marissa Mackay was a Something Bleu bride in 2010,  and purchased the salon in 2018.

Marissa has stayed true to the roots of Something Bleu while also making sure to seek out special modern twists to constantly curate a collection of gowns as unique as Something Bleu’s story.

Bridal styling appointments include your very own private bridal suite and a personal bridal stylist.
